Sea Brem fillets with polenta

INGREDIENTS

FOR 4 PEOPLE
  • 8 slices of ready to use polenta
  • 1 kg Sea Brem fillets5 medium size zucchini
  • 2 oranges
  • sun dried tomatoes (to taste)

Let’s prepare together the Sea Brem fillets with polenta

PREPARATION

Grill the polenta slices till they become crispy

Chop the zucchini and the tomatoes in small cubes.

Peel and de-pith the oranges and separate their slices.

Place the sea brem fillets in a non-stick frying pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the vegetables and keep cooking with the lid on for 5 more minutes.
