Our philosophy is based on three essential principles:
Respect and care for the terroir, meaning the adoption of certified organic agriculture since 2019 and of procedures aimed at favouring the recovery and maintenance of biodiversity.
The great attention for the product quality brought us in 2019 to an own wine cellar, so that we can supervise the entire process: grape hand-harvest and selection, winemaking, ageing in barriques and bottling, in addition to maturation in the bottle.
The social responsibility towards the staff collaborating with us through open-ended or regulated contracts, the enhancement of professional skills with constant training and updating and consequent opportunity of growth allowed us achieving the harmony and life quality for the work team, as far as possible.
Moreover, the scrupulous respect for work safety rules both in fields and cellar.
