She had the dream to plant vineyards at Podere Conca and, since the beginning, her vision was satisfied thanks to her passion for scientific approach, which brings together her profession of physician with viticulture and wine-making art.
A true “Country gentleman”, as Silvia Cirri lovingly calls him, a good friend since the childhood, with whom she shares her love for this land and Africa.
After having worked in the construction world, he choose to dedicate to his lands in The Marches, where he cultivates alfalfa and cereals following the principles of organic agriculture, which have been extended also to the cultivations of Podere Conca. He worked in Bolgheri with its brother in law Nicolò Incisa della Rocchetta and his father Mario, producers of the famous Sassicaia.
Giovanni Gastel Jr
Nephew of the renowned homonymous photographer and the filmmaker Luchino Visconti, and son of the physician Guido Gastel and the writer and journalist Minnie Cirri Gastel.
In 2014 his first novel Spade was published by Gallucci Editore.
He is contributor of many literary and lifestyle magazines.
Virginia Archinto Rocca Saporiti
After having got the degree at the European School of Economics, she has worked as fashion editor in the editorial staff of Flair, later as photographic producer for all the brands of Prada group, now she is working as Content Producer Manager for Bulgari.
Fond of Bolgheri, which has been her beloved family home since her childhood, she welcomed the project of her mother Silvia dealing with the coordination of Podere Conca image.
She attended the St. George’s British International School in Rome, where she has got the International Baccalaureat and she has worked for Alitalia as flight attendant.
She deals with the marketing of Podere Conca in Italy and in Spain.
She got a degree in Political Science at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, then she has worked as consultant for the personnel research and selection in the financial sector and at 21 Investimenti, the Private Equity found of Alessandro Benetton.
The wife of Giovanni Gastel Jr., she has collaborated to the digital communication and foreign trade of Podere Conca.

After a degree in Agrarian Science at the Università degli Studi of Pisa and a specialization in Viticulture and Oenology at the Università degli Studi of Turin, she started her career path as freelance oenologist for many important Italian and foreign wine companies, plus she has made a lot of experience abroad: in Australia, New Zeeland, Armenia and Kosovo.
Laura Zuddas has worked as teacher to the Sommeliers courses of Ais, Fisar and Ons and has taken part in the Matura group, developing oenological and agronomic consultancy to wine companies.
Fond of the new blend of DOC Bolgheri Agapanto and IGT Elleboro of Podere Conca, which she has helped to create together with Silvia Cirri, she runs production and all winery techniques
The main collaborator of Silvia Cirri, CEO of Podere Conca, since 2015, the year of birth of the company, she has been the reference point of collaborators and family.
She is also the refined chef of Podere Conca.
Since 2010 she has overseen Podere Conca farm works, she deals with vineyards, olive grove and gardens with passion.
As experienced tractor driver, she personally manages mechanical machining works.
With a degree in Marketing and Marketing Research at the Università di Pisa, she collaborated with the Centrale del Latte of Florence with administrative and marketing tasks.
Indeed, she deals with administration, order processing and trade relations at Podere Conca.
She has got the 2nd level at the Corso Sommelier AIS and she deals also with tastings and reception.
With a degree in Viticulture and Oenology and Agrarian Science at the Università di Pisa, she got experience of vineyard and winery in New Zeeland and as oenologist in an important Tuscan winery.
As agronomist at Podere Conca, she deals with the vineyards and the new wine cellar.

Fashion journalist and stylist for Marie Claire Italia and Amica magazines and image consultant for different fashion brands, as Brunello Cucinelli and Loro Piana, now she is dealing with the image and social communication of Podere Conca.
He started to work as photographer when he attended the Istituto Statale d’Arte Giulio Romano in Mantua. He deeply explored the world of photography and then specialized in Fashion, especially portraits and still life.
He has collaborated for many years with the greatest fashion brands such as Prada, Miu, Church’s, Car Shoe, Max Mara, and Dolce & Gabbana, but also with important fashion magazines.
He designed the labels of Elleboro and Agapanto and is studying the label of the new blend, which is still being perfected, for Podere Conca.
