Organoleptic notes

The bouquet includes notes of summer yellow fruits, above all peach and apricot. Strong in the mouth at the beginning; Elleboro features a beautiful structure
enhanced by fresh acidity and compelling flavour.

Pairings

Perfect as aperitif or with fish dishes or light entrées. In Summer, it is palatable during a light meal.
