from the greek word ἄπιστος, means incredible. It is our imaginary flower, that does not exist in nature and is therefore for us incredible.

Organoleptic notes

Intense and bright red. To the nose it is characterized by green pepper and elegant herbaceous varietal notes. On the palate is complex, harmonious and smooth.

Pairings

Great with pasta dressed with meat sauces. Excellent with beef, game and grilled meat.

Technical notes

Blend: 100% Cabernet Franc
Aging: About 18 months in wood (French oak barrels of first and second passage).
Alcohol: 14,5% alcohol by volume.
