Tasting and visit to the Podere
Reception: a walk to the vineyards near the Podere (weather permitting) with the description of our company’s philosophy and our cultivation methods following the rules of organic agriculture.
Tasting
- of 3 wines (white Elleboro IGT, red 196 IGT, red Agapanto DOC Bolgheri) with delicacies of Tuscan sausage and cheese and crostini with our Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Visit duration: about 1 hour.
Fee; 35 euros per person

Available from Monday to Sunday upon reservation during the hours: 10.30am – 4.00pm – 5.30pm from May to September; 10.30am – 2.00pm – 3.30pm from September to April

Visit to the Podere and Sensory Tasting at the Wine Cellar
Reception: a walk to the vineyards near the Podere (weather permitting) with the description of our company’s philosophy and our cultivation methods following the rules of organic agriculture.
Visit to the Wine Cellar: description of wine-making processes.
Olfactory and sensory experience: a practice to improve the ability to recognise and memorise the scents of herbs and fruits and to combine them with the aroma of our wines during tasting.
Tasting
- of 3 wines (white Elleboro IGT, red 196 IGT, red Agapanto DOC Bolgheri) and another wine directly from the barrique , with delicacies of Tuscan sausage and cheese and crostini with our Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Visit duration: about 2 hours.
Fee; 50 euros per person
Available from Monday to Sunday upon reservation during the hours: 10.00am – 4.00pm from May to September; 10.00am – 2.00pm from September to April

NOTE: during the winter months the visit begins in the cellar and then moves to the farm where it will continue with the tasting and sampling; in the month of September due to the harvest it is not possible to visit the cellar
Booking Conditions: To confirm the booking, payment via credit card/paypal or bank transfer is required; For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no shows, a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the amount will be applied; For cancellations 24 (or more) hours in advance, no penalty will apply, the entire amount paid will be refunded in a manner to be agreed upon at the time of cancellation (bank transfer / PayPal). We recommend arriving on time, missing time due to delay cannot be made up.
